FISHER, Circuit Judge:

Brent Mower is a former employee of Union Pacific Railroad Company ("UP"). UP obtained a broad injunction against Mower, prohibiting him from disclosing or revealing to third parties any confidential information he obtained while employed by UP. Mower appeals the issuance of that injunction. The basis of the district court's jurisdiction was 28 U.S.C. § 1332, and we have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291.1...
