The defendant, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, appeals from the judgment rendered following a jury trial in favor of the plaintiffs, Alison Nolan and Gary Nolan,1 in this action to recover underinsured motorist benefits for personal injuries arising from an automobile accident.
