Amanda Dearing and John David Edmondson, Jr. appeal the order granting the State's motion to dismiss their answers under OCGA § 16-13-49 in this forfeiture case. For the following reasons, we conclude that the answer Edmondson filed was sufficient under OCGA § 16-13-49(o)(3). Accordingly, we reverse the trial court's dismissal of his answer and remand the case as to the property he claims for further proceedings. In contrast...
