This is an appeal from the Superior Court's denial of a motion seeking postconviction relief. Although the Superior Court expanded the record to include affidavits of various persons and a videotaped interview, the appellant contends that the court erred in its failure to afford him an evidentiary hearing on two of his postconviction claims.
