Appellant Kevin Lamar Lay contends that the State violated Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83, 83 S.Ct. 1194, 10 L.Ed.2d 215 (1963), by not providing him with two instances of exculpatory information.1 One involved prior inconsistent statements by a key witness for the prosecution.
