This patent/copyright and common law fraud action is before me on remand from the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and specifically on Plaintiffs' Motion for Entry of Judgment as a Matter of Law. The remand is the result of various appeals and cross appeals of my rulings in two 1995 decisions on motions for summary judgment,1 and my Findings of Fact and Conclusions
