Joseph Lamar appeals the summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Lamar was convicted of second-degree murder and sentenced to twenty-five years' prison in 1993. His conviction and sentence were affirmed on direct appeal in 1995. See Lamar v.
