Northfield Development Co., Inc. (Plaintiff) appeals the entry of an "Order and Judgement" granting the City of Burlington (City)'s motion to dismiss four of the five claims asserted by Plaintiff. Plaintiff also appeals the entry of a protective order requested by City prohibiting Plaintiff from taking the deposition of City's mayor, Mr. Joe Barbour (Mayor Barbour).
