OPINION

CATHERINE STONE, Justice.

Richard Christopher Whalen appeals the trial court's denial of his special appearance, asserting he is not subject to personal jurisdiction in Texas. The trial court found that Whalen had sufficient minimum contacts to justify the exercise of personal jurisdiction. We affirm the trial court's order.
