Plaintiff brought this action asserting claims of negligence against defendants, Dr. Cheryl Nesler and Legacy Emanuel Hospital (Legacy). The trial court granted Legacy's ORCP 21 motion to dismiss plaintiff's complaint and entered judgment in its favor on plaintiff's claims.
