Plaintiffs Ronald Suster ("Suster") and Patricia Cleary ("Cleary"), both of whom currently serve as judges on the Court of Common Pleas for Cuyahoga County, Ohio, bring this action to challenge the constitutionality of Judicial Canons VII(C)(6) and VII(C)(8) of the Ohio Code of Judicial Conduct.
