¶ 1. Johnny Myles and Calvin Walker were convicted in Scott County Circuit Court of armed robbery. Tried jointly, both were convicted and sentenced to serve thirty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Aggrieved, both Myles and Walker appeal.
