ENTRY ORDER
Plaintiff Kathleen Hoeker appeals from an order of the Windsor Superior Court granting defendant Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services (SRS) summary judgment on her claim for damages against SRS. This dispute arises out of a contract between plaintiff and SRS for plaintiff to serve as a foster parent.
