¶ 1. This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of Pike County, Honorable Mike Smith presiding, where Tavares Reed was convicted of two counts of sale of cocaine within 1500 feet of a church. Mr. Reed was sentenced to serve concurrent terms of sixty years at the Mississippi Department of Corrections and to pay fines of $10,000 on each count, plus legal fees, court costs, and restitution of moneys lost in the drug transaction.
