[¶ 1] Travis and Lisa Stratton appeal from a judgment and from the denial of a motion for a judgment as a matter of law or a new trial entered in the Superior Court (Somerset County, Marsano, J.) following the entry of judgment upon a jury's verdict in favor of Philip Morey on their claim regarding certain injuries to Travis.
