HOUGHTON, J.

Karen Leann Porter appeals her conviction of possession of pseudoephedrine with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine, arguing the trial court erred in refusing to suppress the pseudoephedrine obtained in a warrantless search of her van.1 We agree that the search exceeded the permissible scope incident to the arrest of Porter's son, Charles, and, therefore, we reverse.
