A federal grand jury returned a four-count indictment against Defendant-Appellant Timothy Stokes ("Stokes") charging him in Count one with distributing cocaine base, in Count two with possessing with intent to distribute cocaine base, in Count three with using a firearm during and in relation to a drug-trafficking offense, and in Count four with possessing a firearm as a felon.
