SULLIVAN, Judge.

Defendant, Jerry Heaton, was indicted by a grand jury on four counts of aggravated incest, in violation of La.R.S. 14:78.1. Defendant subsequently pleaded guilty to four counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile, in violation of La.R.S. 14:81. After a hearing, the trial court sentenced Defendant to three and one-half years at hard labor on each count, with the sentences to run concurrently. On appeal, Defendant argues that his sentences are excessive...
