Abner J. Morgan, Jr. (Morgan) filed suit against National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak), alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended in 1991. See 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (Title VII). Morgan claims that, because of his race, he suffered discrimination and retaliation, and endured a hostile work environment...
