GUNTHER, J.

The Defendant entered an open plea to second degree arson. The trial judge who presided over the first sentencing hearing recused himself before pronouncing a sentence. A second sentencing hearing was held, at the conclusion of which a second trial judge sentenced the Defendant to five years in prison followed by ten years probation. The Defendant appeals, arguing the second trial judge abused his discretion in failing to continue the second sentencing...
