Were we giving awards for creativity, novelty, or perhaps even chutzpah, Jorge M. Lopeztegui would be a serious candidate to receive one. Lopeztegui, convicted on various drug charges, wants a new trial so he can raise an entrapment defense. And the basis for the defense is quite unusual.
