Petitioner-appellant Denny Hunnicutt, a federal inmate appearing pro se, appeals the denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. He filed suit against the warden, challenging the Bureau of Prison's (BOP) determination that he is ineligible for a sentence reduction under 18 U.S.C. § 3621(e)(2)(B).
