One month after pleading not guilty to a one-count indictment charging him with conspiracy to distribute marijuana, Guillermo Fernandez ("Fernandez") changed his mind and pleaded guilty. The district court then sentenced Fernandez to 235 months in prison for his role in the conspiracy.
