NORRIS, Chief Judge.

The employer, CBC Services Inc., and its compensation carrier, Louisiana Workers' Compensation Corporation ("LWCC"), appeal a judgment of the Workers' Compensation Judge awarding the claimant, Monroe J. Nunn, medical benefits, penalties and attorney fees. For the reasons expressed, we affirm in part and reverse in part.
