The trial court granted summary judgment to Food Service Supplies, Inc. in its suit against Thomas C. Kellogg for breach of guaranty. Kellogg asserts that the trial court erred because there was a jury question whether adequate consideration supported his guaranty of a preexisting indebtedness. Finding no genuine issue as to any material fact regarding the consideration for Kellogg's guaranty, we affirm.
