Vicki Golden Paluck was employed by the Gooding Rubber Company ("Gooding") from November 1987 until her termination in January 1997. Ms. Paluck alleges that she was terminated in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., as retaliation for filing a sexual harassment complaint against her supervisor. Further, she claims that she was terminated because of her age, in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA")...
