¶ 1. Rickey Davis was indicted for armed robbery and two counts of uttering a forgery. Ultimately, Davis pled guilty to one count of uttering a forgery and was sentenced to serve eight years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, as well as pay court costs in the total sum of $246.
