Rene Kittles (Kittles) challenges the district court's Order Dismissing for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction. The district court dismissed her appeal from a county court grant of summary judgment in favor of Rocky Mountain Recovery, Inc. (RMR), holding that her appeal was not timely filed.
