Defendant appeals her conviction for assault in the fourth degree, ORS 163.160(1), and harassment, ORS 166.065(2). Defendant makes two assignments of error. The first assigns error to the trial court's denial of defendant's motions for judgment of acquittal on both the assault and harassment charges. The second assigns error to the trial court's efforts to clarify the statutory meaning of "physical injury" for the jury. Our resolution of the first assignment...
