Plaintiffs American Transmission, Inc., and American Transmissions of Troy appeal as of right from the trial court order granting defendants' motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10) with regard to plaintiffs' claims of defamation, fraud, trespass, and intentional interference with prospective business relationships.
