The plaintiff, Robert LaMontagne, appeals from the judgment rendered by the trial court granting his motion for counsel fees and costs in an amount substantially less than he sought. The plaintiff claims that the court abused its discretion by (1) awarding only a small fraction of his actual costs and attorney's fees pursuant to General Statutes § 52-251a,1 and (2) focusing on inappropriate factors...
