¶ 1. Appellant Willie Lee Farmer was indicted by a Jackson County grand jury for touching of a child for lustful purposes. Following a trial, the jury found Farmer guilty as charged. The circuit court sentenced Farmer as an habitual offender to fifteen years imprisonment in the custody and control of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, without benefit of probation or parole, with five years of the sentence suspended and five years...
