¶ 1 By Information filed in the District Court for the Fifth Judicial District in Jefferson County, the Defendant, Richard Flatley, was charged with criminal sale of dangerous drugs by accountability, a felony, in violation of §§ 45-9-101, 45-2-301, and 302, MCA.
