We dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction. An order denying indigency status is not appealable. See Brown v. Campion, 757 So.2d 535 (Fla. 1st DCA 2000). Additionally, the appellant failed to file a timely notice of appeal on the order denying his mandamus petition, thereby depriving this Court of subject matter jurisdiction.
