OPINION

BARNES, Judge.

Case Summary

Defendants, Colonial Mat Company, Inc. ("Colonial Mat") and Michael B. Smith, appeal the judgment entered against them for a commercial debt owed to Plaintiff, McLeod Distributing, Inc. ("McLeod"). McLeod cross-appeals from the trial court's decision to reduce the amount of prejudgment interest awarded to it. We affirm in all respects.
