¶ 1 Lyle K. and Barbara M. Ophus (the Ophuses) brought this action in the District Court for the Seventeenth Judicial District, Blaine County, to recover monies they argue are owed them under a 1989 Contract for Deed in which they sold certain real property to Robert and Norma Fritz (the Fritzes).
