This appeal arises out of the granting of Summary Judgment in favor of National Casualty Insurance Company (National Casualty) on the issue of whether Lafayette Parish Sheriffs Deputy Anthony Ashy was covered under his employer's Uninsured Motorist (UM) coverage.
