STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Petitioner-Appellant Tamara J. Sexton appeals the trial court's judgment in favor of Respondents-Appellees Carey Glen Rowe and Tina Marie Rowe (collectively, "the Rowes").

We affirm in part and reverse in part.
