Defendants-Appellants Gregory Wells, M.D., and Ronald Lee Dillion appeal from their jury convictions on ten counts of narcotics crimes. The convictions all arise from Dr. Wells's prescriptions for thousands of dosages of controlled substances for the use and benefit of Dillion, a friend and patient.
