On appeal from his conviction for manufacturing a controlled substance, Rivera contends the court erred in determining there was sufficient evidence to prove he possessed more than five grams of methamphetamine. Rivera concedes the methamphetamine seized from his home was part of the manufacturing process but was suspended in a liquid that was not usable or ingestible.
