Appellant Kitty Townsend appeals from the September 24, 1998, decision of the Circuit Court of Mercer County, reversing, in part, an administrative decision concerning a non-selection grievance filed by Appellant against the Respondent Board of Education of Mercer County (the "Board"). Upon a full examination of the record submitted to this Court, we conclude, based on error that is apparent from the lower court's order, that this matter must be reversed...
