Mardisco Staples and Delwin Brown challenge the calculation of the sentences for their convictions for possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine. Staples and Brown pleaded guilty to the one-count indictment and, based on their individual criminal histories, were sentenced to 150 months and 292 months in prison, respectively.
