Richard Allen appeals from the district court's1 entry of summary judgment in favor of his former employer, Interior Construction Services, Ltd. (Interior), on his claim of discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12101-12213. Allen also appeals from the court's decision to strike from the summary judgment record the testimony of Timothy Kaver. We affirm.
