IRVING, J., for the Court:

¶ 1. Freddie Lee Martin was found guilty of driving under the influence, his third offense, in the Circuit Court of DeSoto County. He has prosecuted this appeal wherein he alleges that the trial court erred in allowing his wife to testify against him. We find no error with the trial court's decision and affirm Martin's conviction.
