BEAM, Circuit Judge.

A jury found Clyde Beason guilty of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. He was sentenced to 264 months' imprisonment. Beason appeals, asserting the district court1 erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence and in admitting certain evidence during trial. We affirm.
