In this handgun wrongful death case, Tricia Keene ("Plaintiff") sues Sturm, Ruger, & Company, Inc. ("Defendant" or "Ruger") for the death of her 10-year old son, Brandon Preston, which she alleges was caused by a handgun manufactured by Defendant.
