Defendant appeals from a judgment of conviction and sentence for four counts of sexual abuse in the first degree. ORS 163.427. He assigns error to: (1) the trial court's failure to grant a mistrial based on improper "vouching" by the prosecutor in her rebuttal closing argument; and (2) the court's denial of his motions for a new trial or to interview jurors based on allegations that jurors had discussed extra-record information during their deliberations...
