The trial judge granted Richard Lee Hughes a divorce based on a finding that his wife, Ruth Boyd Hughes, had committed adultery. The wife contends the evidence does not support the finding and that the judge erred by not granting a divorce on the ground of a continuous one year separation. She also contends the trial judge erred in considering as evidence in the divorce case his impressions of evidence given in the separate custody proceeding. We reverse...
