Background

In this adversary proceeding, Plaintiff Sherry Kimball ("Plaintiff") seeks a determination that certain attorneys fees and other debts a state court ordered the Defendant Claude Kimball ("Defendant") to assume and pay in their divorce proceedings are not subject to discharge in Defendant's bankruptcy case pursuant to Section 523(a)(5) of the Bankruptcy Code.
