I. Background.

Neil and Teresa Ritchie ("Plaintiffs") filed for relief under Chapter 13 on July 29, 1999.1 An order confirming Plaintiffs' Chapter 13 plan was entered by this Court on May 30, 2000. Plaintiffs commenced these adversary proceedings against Student Loan Fund of Idaho ("SLFI") and Northwest Education Loan Association ("NELA")
